But if you've been following along with me for the last two weeks, then it shouldn't surprise you to hear that sometimes when working in a generic annotation family, we're going to run into some gotchas. And at first you may think that there's not really much to building a filled region, so it should be a pretty straightforward affair. Now we're going to be building that with a filled region. So we're going to replace this really simple stand in line element that we have right here with a proper arrow. This week all that remains for us to do is to create the graphics for our north arrow.
